What sound awfully technical is in fact just the Instructor Developement Course and the Instructor Examination. Ok, now it doesn´t sound technically but frightening :-) The good news is that a sharforce trained PADI Assistent Instructor who continues his training with Peter Baumann is guaranteed to pass the IE.
